Course Description
This course focuses on taking a project that is starting or in trouble and determining ownership of each step as well as how to properly implement technology to automate and increase quality of all aspects of the project. This course will cover how to properly scope out a project, create a process map, create a project plan and then use these tools to properly implement and track your project. There are real-world examples that students will go through to understand where a project can fail so those problems can be anticipated and turned into success.
